CAN YOU MAKE FLUFFY PANCAKES WITHOUT EGGS?
To keep our pancakes from falling flat and losing their airy texture, we’ll need to substitute an ingredient for the eggs normally found in this type of recipe.
Flax eggs will be used in this recipe in this case.This will be our egg replacement. To make one flax egg, combine 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons water, stir, and set aside.

HOW TO MAKE OAT BANANA PANCAKES
You will need:
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1 flax egg
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of oat flour
1.In a mixing bowl, mash one banana and add the flax egg.
2.Mix in the baking powder and oat flour until the mixture resembles pancake batter.(note:you may need to add more or less oat flour depending on the consistency of the batter)
3.Heat the coconut oil in a pan over low to medium heat.
4.Cook the pancakes for 1 minute on each side or until golden.
5.Serve with your preferred toppings.
